This place gives stark hospital vibes. The surrounding infrastructure wasn’t designed to handle this community and it is now causing issues with traffic and drainage for the surrounding areas.
We love our new home and Phil our Sales Representative was great to work with from the beginning and he still helps us today with minor issues. We would highly recommend Lennar and found everyone from the company to be very professional, they stand by their product!
Moved in a month ago and the team has been very responsive to any minor issues there have been. Additionally, Phil, during the sale process and even after we moved was great to work with and has gone above and beyond to be helpful. Very happy with the neighborhood so far!
