So glad I found a better/bigger home at the same price for one of there small 3bdr 2 bath houses with a "one car driveway" and no garage. My favorite part was being shown homes while waiting for the finance department to go over my paperwork just to be told I couldn't get a house from them in the worst way ever. The words used were "It must suck looking at things you can't have. Sorry but we can't help you".
The consultant I spoke with is Emmanuel. Awesome guy! Great attitude and is attentive to what you want and are looking for. Broke down cost and areas of interest. Even showed me other Lennar houses outside the Paloma. Emmanuel went out of his way to help me in search for a home for my family. 10 stars isn’t enough for his help.
Está muy bien la ubicación, pero no hay nada de variedad para escoger colores, de piso, pintura en general y gabinetes, Lennar no permite ningún cambio de color fuera de los que tienen que por desgracia son tonalidades en grises y blancos, no ofrecen microwave en la cocina solo lo básico desgraciadamente eso influyó en la decisión de no seguir buscando con esta constructora, el personal de Lennar muy atento y servicial.
