Bought our home almost 3 years ago in the Paloma community. Our whole second floor squeaks like it’s a 50 year old home. We have boards lifting so it creates hills under the carpet. Nails poking through. We had Lennar fix the loft area only to have it squeaking several months later. The carpet they installed is extremely cheap and fraying. The tank to our master toilet had to be changed due to a crack that leaked onto the flooring. Which in turn left a stain. Some of our walls have indents. So glad I found a better/bigger home at the same price for one of there small 3bdr 2 bath houses with a "one car driveway" and no garage. My favorite part was being shown homes while waiting for the finance department to go over my paperwork just to be told I couldn't get a house from them in the worst way ever. The words used were "It must suck looking at things you can't have. Sorry but we can't help you".
