Beautiful community with very nice homes for sale! Great location in Gilbert not far at all from Lexington. Pricing is fantastic. New construction. Warranty and lender incentives.
Nothing but lies. Bought a new home ( had to sell my previous home to get one) they kept pushing back my closing. During this time I decided to stay at a nice air bnb, because it was only supposed to be a week before closing. They said my house wasn't ready, so they pushed it back 10 days. (300 a night gets expensive) After 10 days (hours before) the final walk through we received a call saying the house wasn't ready, yet again.
