BUYER BEWARE! We built our home in the Groves in 2018. Keep in mind that these homes are not custom built. Unless you want to spend the money needed to build a custom home in Naples, you get what you get. Once the paperwork is signed, you are on your own. We are happy with our home aside from the finishing work. Speed is of the essence so workmanship suffers.
