Great for renters not homeowners. 95% investors bought for rentals purposes. Garage is very tiny full size suv barely fits . Not allowed by HOA short term rentals or Airbnb but still happening. People renting for parties. 99% renters moving out after the first year lease is up. Major parking issues. It’s HOA community and 95% is rental properties the teenants not aware of HOA rules and regulations.
New development in sw ocala area. All townhomes and im the irrigation tech handling the property
The community / townhomes are nice. We moved in recently and our townhouse was very dirty with construction dust. We’ve also had issues with fruit flies. With that being said, the owner contacted a pest company and the issue has been fixed. Lastly, the parking is horrible. With most people using their garages for storage, most people can only fit one car in their driveway. This also leads to issues with garbage pickup. Hopefully they add more parking spaces.
