We had a horrible experience here. We got into contract in January for a home that will be completed in June. At the end of January my husband was injured and needed surgery. Because of his recovery time, he is not able to fully return to work for several months from now and his pay will be affected. This has created a financial hardship for our family and it is no longer wise for us to purchase a home at this time. I do not recommend Lennar. They are the worst of the worst. With really bad sales tactics. They lie, cheat and steal just to get the deal done. Once it is done, and the house is in your name, they no longer care. My brand new hvac system stopped working in my my brand new house. No heat. House was 60 degrees. I have a child who is cold. Lennar walks in, says "feels pretty warm to me." I showed them the thermostat history, showing it being a constant 60 degrees and thermostat calling for heat. They shrugged it off. Who wouldn't be nervous in purchasing a brand new home! I know we were, the entire process seemed daunting, so many questions, it can overwhelmed someone if this is all new to them. Dharma was super sweet, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and very responsive to text and phone calls.
