I purchased a house in this community in June 2023. I paid a 6 figure lot premium for it to be on the lake with the fountain viewable from the backyard. All of a sudden in Nov 2023 the fountain was moved to my neighbors backyard, turned off the lights, and put a wind sensor on it - and we could no longer view it. I asked Lennar to either partially refund my lot premium or move it back. They told me they would move it back within 2 months, it took them 5 months to move it back. Racist white guy wouldn't let us see one house
