Nice and quiet community. However, the amenities center is nice but the staff are awful. You have to vacate the area every hour and watch the empty pools for no reason. They will be rude to you if you even stick your finger in the water. I never thought I would pay $$$ every quarter to get bullied by some teenagers...... I served my country and still work 60+ hours a week so some jerk can blow a whistle and force me out of the pool I pay for. I just enjoy the size of the home and the neighborhood. My neighbors are super friendly and helpful. My kids are grown but they would have enjoyed the amenities like the pool when they were younger.
Amazing area,two pools, and reasonable home prices. Lower property taxes than areas in San Antonio. Not to far from the San Marcos outlet malls. The builders respond really fast to any issues I come across with the house. I used an inspector from San Antonio before I bought the house. I was definitely not going to close on the house until it met my expectations. I love the space I have in our new home!
Wonderful community.
Great amenities, awesome neighborhood. That being said, the construction crews are awful. Loud music and banging from 6am to late into the night.....as late as midnight sometimes. Finishing crews leave every garage and front door wide open every night. They throw trash wherever they please. They block roads and driveways with zero cares given. Should be a nice community after construction is finished.
