Have had nothing but problems with the Lennar build, from irrigation to sod, to grouting over drains, broken doors, doors that don't close, handles that come off of doors, to a garage door that won't open because the framing was blocking it from rising. This has been a nightmare, and it is a consistent fight to get it fixed.

Nice and quiet community. However, the amenities center is nice but the staff are awful. You have to vacate the area every hour and watch the empty pools for no reason. They will be rude to you if you even stick your finger in the water. I never thought I would pay $$$ every quarter to get bullied by some teenagers...... I served my country and still work 60+ hours a week so some jerk can blow a whistle and force me out of the pool I pay for. I just enjoy the size of the home and the neighborhood. My neighbors are super friendly and helpful. My kids are grown but they would have enjoyed the amenities like the pool when they were younger.
