Nice homes but the people are extremely rude.
Walked through this neighborhood when looking to buy. Flooring and door placement were awful. Watched the construction workers cover a huge crack in the foundation of one of the homes without repair. Stay away.
Beware of drainage issues and standing water! This community has some real drainage issues and Lennar's home warranty is not being honored to fix the drainage they ignored during building. The residents in the community are amazing and school district is great, but it doesn't make up for the tens of thousands of dollars it will cost to fix standing water. You will be in a battle with Lennar to get them to honor the warranty and protect the foundation and integrity of your property.
