Buyers beware. In this community, you must pay an additional tax called Talley Road Special Improvement District that will add tens of thousands to your price. A tax that you must pay for thirty years. Lennar hides it deep near the end of the contract and never mentions it in person, neither by the salesperson or the loan officer.
