Larry Hays was wonderful to work with. Overall, it was a smooth and easy process. Lennar is very communicative.
I am a first time home buyer and closed in my home today 11/22/2024. If you are looking to purchase a home Lennar is the way to go. The process of buying a home can be extremely stressful but everyone at Lennar was great at assisting me with the process. Larry was my sales agent and he was phenomenal . Larry is extremely professional and he makes you feel like you are family. Sandra Breeland was my real estate agent and she was awesome as well.
Just Do It! lol. I walked into the office reserved and somewhat afraid to even begin the process. I was greeted by Larry who was so patient. He showed me various homes, showed the one that I was interested in that was in the process of being built. Larry encouraged me to complete an application, would text throughout the process to keep me in the loop of what was going on, would call when I didn’t understand something to explain further.
