Beautiful new community going in houses look amazing
you need to review all parts of the home that is not covered by the warranty, once you close, they will not fix them. we have a problem on our garage floor where the water is ponding in the winter, Lennar rep came and said will fix it in the summer, and in the summer they said it is not covered in the home warranty and that should have been addressed before closing. Also, they don't explain to you the basic maintenance needed to keep your home in a good shape and they are expecting you to learn by example.
