I had a wonderful tour with Marnie at Lennar. The follow up and follow through has been phenomenal with the Lennar team. I was nervous about purchasing a new home, but talking with Brad (our loan officer at Lennar Mortgage) made me feel secure with our choice. We are moving towards the next step in our home purchasing journey, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience thus far.
Stop building here in Kershaw County, until you add to infrastructure!!! Not enough schools, roads, grocery stores, power, water, waste, Police, Fire, EMS to support all these poorly built homes.
