Horrible builder. If you sign for your house you will NOT get to fix the stuff they promised. Between 20 and 30 houses that went up at the same time as mine are also very messed up. That was out of the horses mouth. Why didn't they go back threw and fix them before moving on? I haven't personally met anyone of my neighbors that said they like the builder.
