From a realtors perspective this community as well as many lennars communities are horrible horrible, first of all 0 communication from the sales rep. The most you would hear from them it’s at the beginning. They tell you something at the beginning and then end up changing it last minute. My husband was purchasing a home in this community for our family and all was good until we did the inspection and found multiple things wrong within the house including electrical, plumbing, roofing issues, and MOLD issues. We were advised by our inspector that there was not enough ventilation in the attic which was causing the mold found on a board in the attic. The construction and landscaping crews leave a horrible mess, endangering the people who live in this community. Nails and broken glass get left everywhere. Don’t let them lay your sod down, do it yourself. They throw the sod on top of their own beer bottles and plastic. On top of this, they don’t clean up their worksites, leaving garbage blowing everywhere, then the HOA will get mad at you for overgrown lawns but won’t get on the construction crews for making a mess of our neighborhood. We got our home with Lennar and it’s been a great experience! Cindy Ly helped us every step of the way. She explained the process and was always available for any questions my husband and I had. She also helped us to apply for new home owner incentives through Lennar. Our experience has been nothing but positive. The home is high quality and beautiful.
