From a realtors perspective this community as well as many lennars communities are horrible horrible, first of all 0 communication from the sales rep. The most you would hear from them it’s at the beginning. They tell you something at the beginning and then end up changing it last minute. I had a client who’s closing got change a day before and they literally told us a day before at 9pm telling us the closing day had changed because they needed to verify my clients ya Ces and a bonus he got from his job. My husband was purchasing a home in this community for our family and all was good until we did the inspection and found multiple things wrong within the house including electrical, plumbing, roofing issues, and MOLD issues. We were advised by our inspector that there was not enough ventilation in the attic which was causing the mold found on a board in the attic.
