They build homes out of code. There has been multiple fires in queen Creek caused by their faulty electrical systems.
Great experience with Lennar in this community. The homes are luxurious and built well. You can tell this neighborhood is very upscale with the build quality and amenities. We built an Evolution floor plan and love our new home!
