They pushed our home through close despite not being finished. Our electricity shuts off whenever the air goes on. We have to choose between electricity or heat. This hasn't been addressed since we closed on the 25th of November. How does one live without electricity? How is this not being addressed promptly? After moving into our new home, we faced issues with the AC and heating system. With an infant at home, this is a critical concern, yet the builder has not acted promptly to fix it despite multiple attempts to contact them. The lack of urgency and care for families with infants is unacceptable.
