We’ve been working with our sales rep Kim for the past several months during our Lennar build. She was so helpful from the beginning of the process often showing us properties more than once. We’ve been in our new home since early August and we are loving it. Kim and Danny are still fielding a few questions as they arise and are very prompt in getting back to us. We’ve met some couples in the neighborhood. They’re all very friendly and take great pride in their homes and gardens. We’re really going to enjoy being here!
I purchased a villa. What I love is the location and the layout of the home. What I don’t like. Neighbors had a party on their deck and I could hear them in the bedroom. This was just normal talking in a group. I was told garbage is included and it it not. The sprinkler system does not work properly and the association blames Lennar and it is not getting fixed.
