You have to remember ... people sometimes only review when they have a bad experience. However, my wife and I have lived here for almost a year now and we love our home and location of home. At first, we were skeptical on going with Lennar based on previous reviews, but at least in Landon Ridge, it can been awesome. I’ve lived here one whole year now and we e had to have so many things replaced .. in a new build. Plumbing, exhaust fans, ac repairs, baseboards & need to have part of the flooring replaced and who knows what else will come up. These builders are TRASH they get paid more the faster they finish I’ve seen my neighbors homes go up in 2 days and finished in a week.
