You have to remember ... people sometimes only review when they have a bad experience. However, my wife and I have lived here for almost a year now and we love our home and location of home. At first, we were skeptical on going with Lennar based on previous reviews, but at least in Landon Ridge, it can been awesome. I’ve lived here one whole year now and we e had to have so many things replaced .. in a new build. Plumbing, exhaust fans, ac repairs, baseboards & need to have part of the flooring replaced and who knows what else will come up. These builders are TRASH they get paid more the faster they finish I’ve seen my neighbors homes go up in 2 days and finished in a week. When they laid the grass they didn’t pick up their trash or beer cans they laid it right over. I HIGHLY recommend having someone inspect the home as well as they can... read more

I recently just bought a house here at the Landon Ridge location in July of 2024 and I regret it tremendously. I was excited to purchase my first home and was looking for a “Good deal” which I thought I was getting. No, that is not the case, I’ve had plumbing issues with both my toilets leaking not once or twice but four times and now the inside of my garage is leaking because there is a crack and water is slightly coming through.
