Great community, kid friendly and everything is at walking distance. HEB is 2min away!
First time homebuying and been here for 2 years, no complaints. I've enjoyed every day living here. HEB is literally 3 minutes away, they're building a Santikos theater behind the HEB, and many food options around. HOA is iffy. Depends but never had an issue with HOA. The home is basic, don't get me wrong. It's BASIC but if you add some TLC, you can make it look like a newer, nicer home. I'm a huge DIY person and been able to renovate my home all by myself. You have to remember ... people sometimes only review when they have a bad experience. However, my wife and I have lived here for almost a year now and we love our home and location of home. At first, we were skeptical on going with Lennar based on previous reviews, but at least in Landon Ridge, it can been awesome. No problems with our home, the neighbors are all friendly, and I would consider this a quiet neighborhood. Plus, the location is booming with new things being added.
