I purchased a luxury home in a guard gated community in Central Florida and the post-purchase process has been one of the poorest I have ever experienced. Their Warranty is a scam, the individuals they have in place to support their new-home warranty will dodge every request and find every reason not to support the product, not to correct issues and to blame everything on the owner. The post-purchase experience has been the worst of any new home we've ever built.
Great location, they are very expensive though.
