Nice new homes
Great experience overall. All in services and proactive team.
Horrible sales person assigned to this community and horrible mortgage lender experience ever. If you have the money buy somewhere else. There are so many issues with the house and paint, doors misaligned, grout missing, complete mess.
UPDATE after Closing: So we did our walkthrough and found minimal issues, during the final walkthrough several issues found during the initial were not fixed. However, I was able to make a ticket online and everything has been fixed/addressed that was found. Terence, Michelle and Aaron were all fantastic to work with during the initial/final walkthrough and after moving in getting everything addressed.
