Kelsey helped me tremendously! She showed me a beautiful community, had a positive attitude, and did everything she could to help me!
Lennar are the worst builder out there are for warranty, they look for a way to pass the time to tell you that you are no longer under warranty and leave you a mess, not worth buying with Lennar to save a few dollars if you then have to spend to make repairs that it does not want to do also when you contact them to it only has excuses. Don't buy with it the other company if they offer quality service.
We had an issue with AC: after two years an unpleasant smell started to come out of the vents while the system was on. The mold growth was discovered on the insulation inside the plenum. Lennar helped us to replace that part of HVAC plenum. The smell didn't go away completely. I thought that the mold has started to grow in different parts of the HVAC plenum than were not replaced. Seems like a nice new community but still being built and will not be ready until the end of this year. A lot of lakes if you like water front property. Also priced pretty high for a pretty blah home, interior is all white, no grays or other colors. No choices when building the home even though they are still under construction.
