Great location and friendly neighbors, but construction is poorly done and we were significantly misled about a lot of aspects of the community when we were in the sales process. We were told there would be a single apartment building, then they built an entire apartment complex. We were told amenities would open within ~1 year, but it took more than 2. I am so thankful I am just renting not for long now. This development is so poorly cheaply built. It is not like a townhome there is a floor above and you can hear EVERYTHING. At times it sounds like someone is marching in your ear. You can hear everything and the way they are building so many you can tell it is not worth it. These are not townhomes if you have a floor above and can hear everything. Also management doesnt seem effective they were supposee to fix water flow anc they didnt show up 5 times !
