Built with Lennar at Enclave at Settlers Ridge in 2021. Exactly 2 years latter had to get our tile shower completely ripped out due to black mold growth in the wall. Lennar makes you sign things that remove their liability from “workmanship” issues more than 12 months after closing, so they did nothing about the issue. Lennar is also patching up neighborhood storm water management with a terrible sprinkler system bandaid that will definitely cost our HOA in the future.
