Great new community being built up.
Front office staff were nice and welcoming however I was not impressed with the quality of the 6 models toured. Lennar was once one of my favorite builders, especially their Next-Gen items however this visit was a great disappointment. I didn't get a sense of strong structure or quality design during this visit.
Brand new, affordable townhomes in main Highgrove area, close proximity to downtown Riverside and University of California, Riverside campus. It is near Iowa Ave. that may be designated in the future for retail shops, tourist destination, and skyscraper casino/non-casino resorts.
