The worst experience purchasing our home. Would not recommend to anyone. Our HOA fees continue to INCREASE, now paying $357 a quarter. The board and association do not care about home owners. Would not recommend purchasing a home here.
As a Realtor, I had a great experience working with Lennar in Hidden Trails/Johnson Ranch. From start to finish, the process was smooth and well-organized, with regular updates that kept both me and my clients informed as the home was being built. Jeremy Scott, the sales rep I worked with, was always responsive and quick to help whenever I needed something. It made the entire experience easy and stress-free.
We went to hidden trails to looked at a home advertised for $296000. When we got there we found they were not selling any homes below $384000. When we called their office they said that's just the way it is. They said it was something the marketing department does and we can't buy at that advertised price.
We did not decided to purchase a home here but Koral Rincon was phenomenal and made the process enjoyable and exciting not to mention the after hour work she did for us to answer all our questions quickly and efficiently ! The loan officer Darin Lo was also amazing. He went through as many scenarios I could come up with and was kind and explained all of them well! I was really disappointed when I toured the community. Even the model home had attention to detail issues which is a big red flag for me. Upon touring some of the other homes, there were obvious quality issues. The houses just look thrown together. They’re all so close together and they don’t even vary the models so you have 10 houses that are exactly the same right next to each other.
