Buying a home here
We lived at a house built by Lennar back in Texas before we moved to PA; I can assure the quality of the houses and costumer service are miles apart. Materials, paint and finishes are on the cheap side of the spectrum here in PA, no something that you will expect for what you paid. After a couple of months the water for the yard stop working; we have needed to replace/fix the kitchen faucet twice.
