I think it’s an overall good place to consider unless the gunfire bothers you. For me, the continuous gunshots from the range are a big drawback. If you’re gonna buy here, check it out on the weekends, especially in the mornings.
We almost bought a home from this builder until we realized the stove exaust from the microwave is not connected to the outside. All cooking smoke just recirculate in the house. I have severe asthma and no way, I can not live in a home, condo or townhome with cooking smoke recirculating in the home.
Self guided. I would have liked to have someone to answer a few questions while I was there.
