They use birchfield for heating and cooling so that is one huge reason not to buy one of there homes.
You get what you pay for. Just be very very picky when it comes to the inspection and final walk-through, and make sure the things that you notice in the inspection and orientation are actually fixed before you sign off of the "zero defect." The site preparation is lacking and drainage is poorly planned which will lead to unusable portions of your yard due to standing water which they will claim is "normal." It is not!
