Cheap HVAC. Very slow customer warranty service at New Lennar Fresno Home. New home HVAC down for 15 days and Lennar Customer service cannot fix it yet. They keep pushing the appointment dates. Horrible experience this summer. Update 1st June 2024: where to inbox? That said appointment was cancelled too. AC still down. Very stressful dealing with Lennar customer service past weeks. I’m told this will be fixed soon while nothing’s scheduled on the calendar. Still Hopeful.
Horrible experience with Lennar. Lennar sales reps SHOW and SAY one thing, but in the small print of the contract give you something completely different. This is Bad Business, Misleading and Scam like. Do your homework when dealing with them.
Very low quality material used in new homes. They decrease the height of main garage door. Not giving the garage side door that connects to backyard . Instead of putting 3 windows in front now they putting 1 ugly window panel . They are cutting the material quality to save money. Not worthy to buy this homes .
