There a reason Lennar is one of the worst builders to buy from. They build quick and in bulk sourcing the cheapest labor...and it shows! Then when it comes time to do warranty work, they will try to turn every bit of prep onto the homeowner instead of handling it like a warranty should AND the fixes they do are at total novice level with no care about doing the job right.
