Really gross to build subdivisions like this.
Worst home I have ever lived in. Never lived in a home with so many issues. All they want is for you to close as fast as possible so they can resale your loan and be free and clear. I have had a roof leak, and the worst AC that was a lemon from the build. I have lived in hurricane alley and the desert and never had these sorts of problems. Poorest of quality. Walmart of homebuilders. Their employees ain't the brightest nor helpful either.
I’m at community clearly heron business hours yet there is no one here and the model isn’t open. Not sign explaining when someone will be back. Thanks for wasting my time. You’re off my list of consideration.
I love living in this area.neighbors are nice and friendly neighborhood is clean homes are beautiful.
