After living here for over five years, I want to share my honest experience. Within the first month of moving in, my $40K wood floors (installed by Lennar’s contractor, Holiday Carpet & Floor Covering) began buckling. Holiday Carpet tried to blame me, claiming I was soaking the floors with water, an accusation proven false by an independent inspector hired by Shaw, the flooring manufacturer. Excellent Floor plans, very tasteful improvements and the "Everything is Included" is really nice, i.e., Smart Home features, Tesla Charger and Wall Power Pack, Granite & Quartz Countertops, GE Profile Appliances w/Refrigerator, Built in Stove Top & Oven/Range, Under & Over Cabinet lighting in Kitchen, Cabinets in Laundry, Soft Close Cabinets, Glass Shower & Tub Enclosures, and more.
