After living here for over five years, I want to share my honest experience. Within the first month of moving in, my $40K wood floors (installed by Lennar’s contractor, Holiday Carpet & Floor Covering) began buckling. Holiday Carpet tried to blame me, claiming I was soaking the floors with water, an accusation proven false by an independent inspector hired by Shaw, the flooring manufacturer.
