Sloppy Work, Regretful Investment – Stay Away from This Builder I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. This builder delivered one of the worst-quality homes I’ve ever seen. Caulking throughout the house started peeling within weeks of moving in – a clear sign of rushed or improper application. Never ever believe Lennar. They are worst builders I have seen, they are selling homes by cheating people. When you raise the concern not even caring to respond. Epically this lady Carly Evans called as sales manager, she doesn’t even have time to talk with customer, they are simply looting money with cheap sales tactics. Being a new owner, I'm disappointed with the build quality and won't recommend to anyone. . The first major issue is the single zone system for a 2 stories house (excluding the finished basement) with manual dampers for adjustment in 2024 - which is not acceptable. . Second - we recently identified the blinds have irregular outer window edges, which makes it harder for the blind to block the light evenly, displaying uneven gaps (more than 0.5 inches) and measuring also. .
