A million thumbs up to Joe Carter, the construction manager. I know it's not easy for him to supervise so many workers, but he sure has a handle on things and knows what he's doing. He's been a huge help to me a number of times.
The overall quality of the home is disappointing. We've experienced numerous issues, including a leaking roof just seven months after moving in. The location is poor, and the brand-new AC system is already breaking down. The appliances are also low quality — the refrigerator, for example, is not functioning properly and keeps freezing our food.
