The overall quality of the home is disappointing. We've experienced numerous issues, including a leaking roof just seven months after moving in. The location is poor, and the brand-new AC system is already breaking down. The appliances are also low quality — the refrigerator, for example, is not functioning properly and keeps freezing our food.
Excellent neighborhood and beautiful houses
Lani has been great!! I have a customer purchasing multiple properties. Communication has been fantastic and quick. The two site foreman have been very helpful along the way. Like the open layout.
