I purchased my home just over a year ago. The home is a new build in a new area of Guadalupe Ridge in New Braunfels. Just recently, my water pipes began leaking in the front yard. I called the city to verify the issue and they informed me that it was an issue on my side. I then contacted Rausch Coleman's Warranty and they informed me that my warranty for utilities had expired after a year.
