When selecting a builder for a new home (Grace Valley community) we chose Lennar. Before closing, a third-party inspection revealed numerous significant deficiencies, indicating the home was far from completion. While Lennar acknowledged (home was not inspection ready) their error, they declined to cover the cost of a second third-party inspection once the home was actually move-in ready. If you are purchasing in "Cibolo Grace Valley", 2nd phase...BEWARE!! All your county docs say Cibolo.. but for everything else you have to put Marion, TX. Some corporations will not accept Cibolo as primary address, like insurances for cars and home which is causing a headache.. County or post offices will not help, neither will Lennar. Paying Cibolo taxes, but everything has to say Marion.. What a deception and a headache!!!
