I recently worked with Liz, and overall my experience was positive. She provided useful information and assistance throughout the home buying process. Liz helped me identify properties that fit my criteria and was responsive to my questions. This allowed us to find the right home!
Just like all the other reviews. Poor craftsmanship. Missing grass and washout throughout. Horrible experience start to finish. They even added on things I never consented to, at of course the highest price possible. They broke my back fence to put in half a backyard of grass if not less. They have still yet to correct that. I have been here 6+ months and have had to call warranty multiple multiple times. Putting my front yard at such a steep grade it's practically unsafe to mow. We had a seamless experience with Grace Valley Lennar Homes took 3 weeks from viewing to closing. Luis Adames helped us get connected with Liz, a Lennar rep, and they both went above and beyond for us. They met with us on a weekend holiday to show us available homes, and by the end of the day we had put down a deposit. Liz is fantastic. She’s fast, responsive, and always on standby to help with anything you need. Liz was awesome and the entire Lennar staff couldn’t be more helpful. These are starter homes. They aren’t going to have all of the bells and whistles and honestly, you don’t want to finance upgrades. The buying process has been a breeze and you won’t find a better house for the money and square footage. I highly recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a much better interest rate and closing costs over market. Thank you Team Lennar!
