Outside each homes comes with gutters, irrigation system, screened porch, and even an extra gas hookup for you grill or a whole home generator. The community has a very friendly and inviting feel. Neighbors are always out riding their golf carts socializing with friends. This is the perfect community to call home!

We were supposed to close on our home in early June 2023. We had already wired our closing money. However, during our walkthrough, we discovered so many structural and foundational issues that we opted to walk away. Lennar promised to fix them after closing. However, I spoke to my "soon to be neighbor" the day before closing. He informed me that he had been waiting months for Lennar to complete repairs to his house.
