We were supposed to close on our home in early June 2023. We had already wired our closing money. However, during our walkthrough, we discovered so many structural and foundational issues that we opted to walk away. Lennar promised to fix them after closing. Very poor quality of workmanship we have ever experienced. Concrete job is terrible! Nobody wants to help fix the problem in our driveway. Brand new house and nobody should have to deal with what we are going thru to only be here 2 months. They do not care about the quality but care about the quantity,
