Seems like nice quality and location
If I could leave a negative review, I would. They rush through the purchase process; the building is even faster. They order sub-par materials & use unskilled labor. My floor was popping off (& pointed out) prior to the final walk-through; my siding has gaps for water to enter; windows are leaking; the cabinets & counters have chips (which they claim are natural), even my toilet paper holders were missing!
