This is a very interesting neighborhood to see. Some people laugh, some cry, some are amazed.
The people mindlessly leaving 1-star reviews are being ridiculous. Where else are you going to find a brand new home for $135k? If you don't like it, fine, don't buy it. There are plenty of people (young, single, fixed-income) who might find these desirable.The vitriol and NIMBY-ism are frankly comical.
This community and the size of these homes are giving people a chance at owning their own home. Just because they are small or lower in cost doesn't make this a bad community. If you have purchased one of these, Congrats!!! I know you will take pride in where you live and all that you have accomplished!!
