Before purchasing my house, I heard that Lennar was one of the more prestigious builders in central Texas. They really lived up to their reputation, and didn’t disappoint! If I could give no start I would done paper work in May and still waiting for my house to be ready... lennar ppl don't not keep in touch with you letting you know the progress. After 5 months of you waiting they run your credit again for another inquiry to your credit score. Then after all the problems they don't try to help with anything saying they can keep my 3000 I put down if they wanted too. SO I WOULD LOOK AT SOME OTHER HOMES THEN THESE 🚩BEWARE🚩
Pandemic is over...why do you still need an appointment...I miss the old days...when your just driving by and just so happens you see a new subdivision and ready to purchase then your hear the salesperson say " how can i help you or what can i do for you today" instead they turn you away even if they don't have any one in there office saying "make an appointment"... so far I've ONLY been to 3 places that didn't turn me away without an appointment and this new subdivision wasn't it, at least hand me a floor plan or 2 and let'... read more
