Terrible builder and salesman. Doesn’t know his product, says whatever to make a sale. When I closed on house the title company did not have keys like the others that were closing got. Told me salesman had keys. Went to the hood office and of course it was closed and no salesman. Went to my house and all the windows and doors were unlocked and was filthy not clean. Lucky appliances were not stolen since it was left unlocked and unattended. Lennar only has 3 or 4 house built at a time yet salesman answered emails or returned ... read more
Nice community
The houses were nice. We found it odd that they built house behind each other facing the same direction with a shared road with just another house out to main road. $281 a month for home owner fees allows you to go to one of seven pools, a sand beach, use grills and in in senior area (55 and up) there are round year activities. Prices were low for Veridian ($413 - 428K) but over priced compared to the area of Alliance. Another thing Veridian has some seedy area near them.
