I personally have had a great experince. After transferring to Florida Ken and Andrew worked with me through the following issues. 1. My financial status wasn't the greatest yet Andrew worked with me through a manual underwriting that allowed me(with a VA loan) to have 0 down, my ernest money back, all closing costs paid, an extra 1k back at closing and 2 points bought for me. Biggest mistake of my life. Realtor (Ken) horrible. Build, horrible. I’ve submitted too many warranty tickets in the first two month. This will be the first and last lennar home I will purchase. Out of 4 homes I’ve purchased this is by far the worst build of them all.
