My wife and I deeply regret buying a Lennar home. If we could give zero stars, we would. The homes are poorly constructed (and I have a strong understanding of building construction), and the HOA is quick to harass homeowners. After closing, good luck trying to get in contact with Lennar or the HOA for help. We definitely learned a hard lesson—never buy a Lennar home. I just hope this review reaches someone before they make the same mistake. Please, learn from ours.
This is a great community to live in. It’s quiet, clean and close to major highways and shopping areas!

Do not trust Lennar. I am writing this to warn first time home buyers especially. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know better and they completely took advantage of me and lied to me. When I came to view the homes I was actually interested in the neighboring neighborhood that wasn’t built up yet. It fit my buying time better.
