We were lied to about the warranty and what it covers and the explanation we got when we tried to get something fixed is that it says in the document that we signed that it’s not covered. Btw that document was approximately give or take 192 pages and basically says nothing is actually covered We were also lied to and told that WiFi was included in HOA fees which it is not

BE AWARE Our experience purchasing a home from Lennar was unfortunately very frustrating. Several builder fees were not clearly disclosed in the contract and only appeared later when the closing estimate was presented. The construction quality also required significant follow-up. We had to delay closing multiple times, hire our own independent inspector, and push repeatedly to have major issues corrected before closing. Communication with Lennar Title was also difficult. My wife and I deeply regret buying a Lennar home. If we could give zero stars, we would. The homes are poorly constructed (and I have a strong understanding of building construction), and the HOA is quick to harass homeowners. After closing, good luck trying to get in contact with Lennar or the HOA for help. We definitely learned a hard lesson—never buy a Lennar home. I just hope this review reaches someone before they make the same mistake. Please, learn from ours.
