Do not trust Lennar. I am writing this to warn first time home buyers especially. As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know better and they completely took advantage of me and lied to me. When I came to view the homes I was actually interested in the neighboring neighborhood that wasn’t built up yet. It fit my buying time better. Hi, never followed up with me regarding my appication status neither from sale consultant Jennifer or loan officer Amanda l had to found out they was not moving forward with my loan application from Austin internet sales consultant what a waste of my time not only did they not respond they never gave me any options very unprofessional will not be using lanner in the furture l will not recommend lanner to anyone ( Poor Customer Service )as for Austin thanks for the update.
It's a great neighborhood..it's very quiet and clean. All the people in the neighborhood are friendly.. I've been here for 9 months and I love it and one great thing is the hoa is about 50 bucks a month and they are relaxed not overbearing at all. And the how price includes fiber wire super hi speed wifi..it's developing area..with a Costco and H.E.B. coming..traffic is not very bad..closest grocery store is 5 miles away around about. Brand new tom thumb and other stores..it's great here.
