We just closed on our new Lennar home at Downingtown Ridge and had a great experience from start to finish! The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Our salesperson, Christian, was knowledgeable and responsive. With the help of our realtor, Stacey Morrison at KW, all of our needs were met. Closing was quick and easy, and now we’re so excited to start this new chapter in our beautiful home. Thank you!
Sales tactics are very bad, not equal for all. Please make sure you work with all the Sales agents, try to get the right pricing and rebates. Every day they change the prices.
We started our home search and this was the community we visited first, back in Nov'24. We saw multiple other places after, and finally came back to this site again on Apr'25 and decided to buy one here. Close to all important places and a great school district. Also, we just love the 2 storied house with an open finished basement.
