As a first-time homebuyer, I was initially excited about finding a home, but my encounters with the sales consultants were very disappointing. There are zero trees in this community . You can’t walk outside in summer . Plus very less windows compared to to other builders. Swimming pool will be crowded among 500 homes Roads are very narrow , and will take more time to come out of community Some plans have Smaller rooms and steep stairs.
