We moved into a new Lennar home expecting quality and responsiveness, but our experience has been the opposite. When our AC stopped working during extreme heat, Lennar’s contractor, Airtron, delivered just one outdated portable AC unit — completely inadequate for our 3,700+ sq. ft. two-story home.
