Finalizing performance review. Verbiage will be entered soon. Lennar Homes' good reputation was built on hard work and its main focus on customer service. With new management under Tammie McGraw, those values and focus on those points have been lost. From a simple conversation, you will see that it is more number-driven than focused on the quality of customer service. Incompetent, very unprofessional and nothing is done in a timely manner.
