I am only giving two stars because Bianca was amazing . The sales manager Shalina McLean Area Sales Manager is her role couldn’t even create time to talk over the phone about a customer issue we had . I know what good customer service is and she’s got none of it . Sometimes talking over the phone is way than those back and forth late nights emails with zero compassion in it.
