Very disappointed with the experience with Lennar and its affiliate First, Sales Consultant, Bryan Desouza. He was helpful at the beginning. The move-in package was included on the purchased agreement. After it got signed, he did not respond to texted or phone call. Closing Date got pushed back without any notification or heads up. complaint regarding the unprofessional conduct of your construction manager, Joshua Gum, and the overall lack of communication I have experienced throughout the homebuying process with Lennar. During our first walk-through of our new home, when I pointed out a few concerns, Mr. Gum responded with a dismissive attitude rather than addressing them professionally. Do not purchase a house through this Lennar Mortgage. Do not give them any money—they will take your money and never pay you back. What a bunch of scammers, taking people’s money! And ignoring you forever.

I got a builder grade home and it has not been good. The lawns are terribly uneven making it PUDDLES when it rains, there was a massive leak in the front of the house where it took 2 months of calling the city and developer (LENNAR) to fix. I am in the middle of it all. A developer should not sell a property knowing there is an issue. I am now dealing with the aftermath.
