I got a builder grade home and it has not been good. The lawns are terribly uneven making it PUDDLES when it rains, there was a massive leak in the front of the house where it took 2 months of calling the city and developer (LENNAR) to fix. I am in the middle of it all. A developer should not sell a property knowing there is an issue. I am now dealing with the aftermath.

The staff at the open house was extremely rude and uninviting. Asking questions about the builder seemed like it was a nuisance. Completely lost interest in the builder with the horrible people with attitudes they have representing them
