absolutely stay away...... believe it or not them warranty department told that they don't cover any roof leaking caused by mother nature......so yes believe me they say that any leaking from rain they are not responsible....i shocked when she said that.... This is my 1st home I'm buying so i have poor experience to check the building material quality and my buying decision was made because of the builder name and the warranty they provided....now i just shocked by the excuses they used to ignore them warranty.
